The egyptian pantheon you present is very… odd.
1. Set is not the god of darkness, or even evil. He represents chaos, the fire, and the desert.
2. Nephthys is a river goddess
3. Shu represents the wind, and separates the sky and earth
4. I can't find literally any other references to Isis as an earth/moon goddess
5. Horus is another sky god, not another sun god. Ra continues being the sun even after being exiled by Isis
6. Osiris is not green, or an underworld god, UNTIL set kills him
