Insecuritatea alimentară, sau lipsa accesului la alimente nutritive suficiente, este o problemă complexă. În secolul 21, chiar și cu toate progresele noastre în tehnologie, accesul la alimente este încă inegal.     I found the section on the Columbian exchange very limited. There was a lot more in the exchange than was mentioned.

    Although most places of the world have native domesticated crops, only a few places actually started agriculture. Then you immediately imply that people need agriculture and domestication to feed themselves, which I'm surprised got through the PC editor, and completely disregards the majority of human history of 200,000 years before the agricultural revolution.
    tldr: Agriculture is not the only way of getting food

    It's interesting how Crash Course mentions the profits of America and Europe, but forgets the slave trade was a triangle. Plenty of African kings grew tremendously wealthy off selling other people too, just because they didn't leave rich countries today doesn't mean this wasn't true then.
